Throughout planning Ben was brilliant (and calm) in helping us pull everything together. But what really blew us away was his help on the day, outside the formalities.
He calmed nerves , helped all the groomsmen attach their boutonnieres, and then (most impressive to me) when we were in the chaos of rapid-fire family photos post-ceremony, I saw Ben off to the side, sitting and chatting with my great-grandmother for quite a while.
And then the ceremony was incredible (but you already knew that from Googling him).
